ok i live with my grandpa, uncle, and aunt. i will say something about how i just moped the floor or somethings similar and my aunt will come back with, " well i moped the floor every week while you were gone." and she says stuff like this everytime i open my mouth about something i did. my grandpa and uncle have told me to ignore it and do my own thing which i am trying to do but i can't say anything without feeling like i am being criticed by her literally!!! i get iritated when i clean the house and its dirty the next day and i how can't say anything to her because of her need to be reconized even if she didn't do any work at all. she has an emotional problem and she is an EXTREMLY loud talker and will not do anything to help herself and she is almost 40 years old. i complain a lot and i am trying to get past that but its hard when you have this problem i guess it may just be that 2 females are living in the same house and competing for the rights to be head female. someone help!

Two females cant share a home without wanting to b utt heads. Just stay away from her, ignoring her is your best bet....or move....

Do your work and dont compete to be head female. your aunt is the mistress of the house. Sooner you recognize this fact the better. You are living with them for your own needs so make peace by being silent. Keep yourself very busy. Concentrate on your studies and get out of that place as soon as you are capable of earning.

You can not always please everyone all of the time and it sounds like your aunt may be one of them. Maybe it's time to grow a backbone with her and say what's really on your mind. Sometimes that's the only way people will stop their critisism is if you stand up to them. It's your choice. You can choose to be her slave or not. Just do things for your grandpa and uncle and forget she even exists in the house. If you cook dinner, cook for just yourself, grandfather and uncle.

It is difficult to have 2 adult females living in the same house. Get your own place as soon as you can.

kill her with kindness. if she likes to be recognized to do things then don't do certain stuff. like moping. if she goes out clean the house while she is away and purposely do not mop. tell her that you left it since she mops so well and your just god awful at it. maybe that will put her foot in her mouth.

Ok, your Aunt sound a lot like my mother.
But first I have 8 brothers and sisters..
And your problem is really hard to answer but..........Bake her a cake or something...
Get her something she likes...
if you can't get her by personality get her by
material things.
P.S. do extra chores like my mom makes me clean the floor with toothpicks so it gets "cleaner" but it makes her happy.(not the same for me)lol

She is jealous of you. Try not to provoke her with anything. Be nice, be kind and time will move you on.
