This is honesly the best question yet asked. for me when i want to lose weight fast i only eat one meal, aroung 3 or 4 pm and it is usually a healthy salad with a large piece of bread, a six in. subway sanwhich, or granola and yogurt. i also make sure to drink a massive amount of water, and when i have an extreme crave i either excersice it out or snack on a v8 drink. the v8 drinks are oddly satisfactory, good tasting, and filling. i also wotkout on my school elliptical, and when i come home i excersice an hour on the stationary bike. i ALWAYS make sure to burn more than i intake, excluding the metobolic rate. This makes you lose it FAST!

I cook a lot of whole chickens and turkeys so I have tons of pre-cooked protein available. I make a lot of lentil soups and stews. I'm pretty much cooking all the time. for those that don't like to cook, you're going to have to pick a day of the week where you pre-make a lot of your meals for the week. it makes sticking to a healthy eating plan much easier.
when it comes to having low body fat sound nutrition is 70% of the battle, going to the gym and training hard is easy.

I try to eat sensibly. Lots of veggies, fruits. An occasional sweet.
I never exercise, I do walk a lot though.
