Could be anything from polio, to spina bifida, to extreme debilitating anorexia. I suppose you could describe the apparent symptoms and physical characteristics to your family physician and see if they know.

well i think that you should ask a professional, and let them tell you and explain it to you, that is the best way that i would know how to tell you. Cause i am not going to try to guess, you should go and see someone and make sure it is a professional that can answer this question for you, and tell you about it. , and what ever else you might want to know about it.
