It may be harder to get going again on the cardio. You may be able to push more weight, but once you start again you will notice some loss. One week is not that bad. Though, it may take more than a week to regain what you lost.

Probably to a minimum extent. You will miss it and so will your body if you work out regularly now. Just don't let yourself get out of the habit after you are off a week!!

I dont know, but when I stopped exercising I started to become lazy and never wanted to continue. But I push myself to exercise anyway
