As the soul is the record of our experiences in the physical. Yes travel would be very restorative. The sights and sounds, the new people you might meet, would surely be an escape from the mundane. Yes it would be restorative for both spirit and soul.

I believe that travel can bring an added restorative quality because it allows you to get your mind off the things which trouble you for a while and enjoy yourself.

Yes, Yes ,Yes, as person who has traveled around the world, and over seas several times and on missionary trips I can say it also opens up the mind to other people and helps you come to peace with others and yourself.

Absolutely! I've had to redefine, as an American, what poverty is. Many living in monetary wealth are so poor, while some without much are so rich in the world.
