To quote my sixth grade English teacher "Around the corner at the end of preposition street."

You should hold your reception at the nicest place that will accomodate all of your guests comfortably that you can reasonably afford.

how ironic that your screen name is i don't know everything! apparently you don't know anything. you might want to include what kind of reception.
Definition of reception (noun)
form plural: receptions
acceptance; event in which guests are formally welcomed by their host; check-in.
it could be any sort of reception, wedding, baby shower, etc. that would play a part or where.
also you use of a preposition at the end of you sentence....where should my reception be at. shows your ignorance and lack of class. You may have learned that ending a sentence with a preposition is a serious breach of grammatical etiquette. It doesn't take a grammarian to spot a sentence-ending preposition, so this is an easy rule to get caught up on (!). Although it is often easy to remedy the offending preposition.
so i'd say Chuck E. Cheese sound fantastic for your education level
