my daughters boyfriend does construction work.on one of his feet?

he has small hard bumps on the big toe and little toe.and on the heal of his foot they dont itch.what are they?

if they aren't callouses they are plantar warts
watch them....but he needs to go to the Dr.

probably callouses from wearing the wrong boots. it has nothing to do with his work, its all about his shoes.
