How about you call that special person because what if the person wants to tell you that he likes you? If you wait three days he might not think you don't like him and then he will probably look for a girl that likes him back.

If your interested in this person , call them but don't seem anxious and desperate. Ask them out to dinner and a movie and then go from there.
