I had interproxial decay in between my front left tooth and the one next to it, and I got a filling for it, about 2 or 3 weeks ago. As soon as my mouth was unfrozen, when I tried to bite something, there was a sharp pain in the tooth, almost like a shock. Even when I pressed on the tooth with my finger, it would get the same pain. Since the holidays were on, I didn't call my dentist yet, but it's been about 3 weeks since the filling, and the pain is still there, but a lot duller. This filling was done with the drill, blue light-thing etc. I remember at the very end, after the filling was in, the dentist got the drill and drilled a little bit around, so perhaps he exposed a nerve or something. Is this normal, or should I call my dentist?

I don't think that is normal and always call your dentist rather than asking people who aren't experts...the call is free.

You probably have an infection underneath the filling. Phone the dentist and he'll probably need to see you again. (Shouldn't cost again as he should have picked up on it first time around) He'll write you a script for anti bio tics and it should clear up in a few days time.

you need to get another xray and get it checked out. It shouldn't hurt unless its infected (root canal/apicoectomy) or your bite is completely thrown off by the size of the filling. Either way you need to get in asap before something else happens and it will cost you a fortune!
