I have been having 1 second shots of pain every 5 minutes for the last hour. What organ is on the left side

kidneys are in the back on both sides, just above the hips. The spleen is just under the rib cage. If you have abd pain, it could be re-bound pain from the appendix. It could be ovaries, if you are a girl. It could be a bowel obstruction. I'd go to the ER and get checked out.

kidneys and liver(back) depends if pains are in front or back.If you aren't sure you might want to go to the ER

liver is on the right side, your gallbladder is on the left side.You might have gas pains.
