Never ever go to have a flu shot when your immune system is down, like now with the cold. Wait until you are fully recovered. If you want a flu shot, do it early in the season, like in October or November, don't wait until it is the height of the season for getting the flu, a cold, or whatever is going around. I get mine in October at my doctors office. Sometimes drug stores have flu shots on a certain day.

I don't know the number but I do know that the nurses/doctor will not give you a flu shot while you have the "bad cold". You will have to get over that first.... and then report for a flu shot... You can check with the local health department to see if they have a schedule or know where shots are being given.

It's too late to get a flu shot. Flu shots should be administered in late November through early December. Plus you don't want to get a flu shot if you've been sick within two weeks. The flu shot suppresses you're immune system a little, and if you've been sick, you'll get sick again or get sicker. Sometimes end up with pneumonia. You'll feel better in a few days and be fine.

probable not. some flu like indications which includes nausea fever, and headache are indications of the swine flu and different photographs, yet a sore throat isn't a basic one if one in any respect. (the rigors are not sufficiently huge to discover uncommon section consequences). additionally, the fever seldom gets over one hundred tiers yet not remarkable. With that mentioned, the present swine flu vaccine does not use any stay virus, so this is impossible which you may settlement the flu or any an infection from the shot. previous vaccines have used a weakened variety of stay viruses, yet with extra moderen technologies and concepts, this is not mandatory in maximum situations and utilising a non-stay virus is safer. As an element observe: the swine flu mist vaccine did have the stay virus. And no, you will desire to not be seen simply by here reasons and it does not sound like the shot brought about the virus for here reasons. - it does not sound you had the flu simply by fact the swine flu usually lasts approximately 2 weeks. - to procure the indicators a week after the injection - the vaccine usually takes 2 weeks to be efficient against the flu - your mom have been given the an infection a month after the shot - you the two had the ailment for in simple terms as long - at the same time as the swine flu lasts approximately 2 weeks, a- the flu vaccine does not look after against different viruses that would have comparable indications - the flu vaccine in simple terms protects from H1N1, whether, this is achieveable it provides some degree of bypass risk-free practices against different traces which would be circulating (whether in accordance to the CDC this seems doubtful for this season) so which you will are starting to be the generic flu. in short, in case you recovered and your mom follows the comparable timeline, I see no clarification for undertaking. of path if she continues to be sick or her indications are worse than yours issues would desire to be fantastic. at the same time as this is achieveable this would be an element result it appears that evidently not likely and whether this is its something that did not seem in medical trials so its fairly uncommon. wish your mom feels better and if she does worsen ascertain she is going to the wellbeing practitioner. certainly maximum illnesses and fevers are possibility unfastened and ensure themselves like this one will, whether, not all and sundry has the comparable power of immune gadget and would react in yet differently to the comparable situation.
