You should never touch a woman's breasts in public. It is demeaning. I'll take it that you mean during your date, you are in a secluded or private area. In that case, if your relationship has progressed where you are both comfortable kissing each other, and she does not pull away when you are kissing her, you can then try to get to second base. However, if she says no, moves your hand away, or in any other way protests or indicates that she does not want to, you should stop. If you force yourself on her, not only will you get bad karma, but you will go to jail for sexual assualt. Not fun.
A second approach is to wait until you are married. Many religions believe that contact between unmarried people should be avoided.

You'd need to see how she feels about that...not us. I sure wouldn't try it on a first date, if you want to continue having 2 hands...unless she's giving you clear signs that it's okay.

If she knocks the snot out of you for doing it then it is definitely NOT okay. I wouldn't try it on the first date.

No it is not ok. It was abusive and she may report it to the police. She may claim it you trying to rape her. Please don't do such as thing to make the girl feels abusive. Good luck
