Man up, work through the pain and get loose.

Exercising, and doing a short jog will be sure to help with your problem.

When the body gets soar, is because lactic acid builds up inside of your body, so by running, or doing some sort of exercise, the blood is circulating throughout your body, and rinsing that lactic acid away, so that your body will then not feel soar anymore.

Anymore info plz email me.

Also do lots of stretches and relax. Yoga may help also.

Shukr. Salam alaikum.

Try buying icy hot patches and placing them on your arm. Also, a good soak in a warm tub of Epsom salts may relax it a bit. Take some acetaminophen and don't try to force it straight as this may put even more strain on your muscles and ligaments. And, never underestimate the power of message!

First off, don't over do the first workouts. Build your routine little by little or you risk damaging the muscle.

Moist heat, Tylenol, and plenty of water will help with the pain until your muscles recover.

Looking broken is not good. Try epsom salt in a warm bath. A heat pad and aleve works for me.
