i mean, i work for him and i'm 18 and hes about 7 years older than me. i can help it, or should i be trying my best to think about others my age and who are not my boss? i mean, he must think of me like im a kid. i'm even afraid to flirt because it might seem so juvenile and childish compared to his years of experience. but i "like" him, i really do. am i just getting attached to someone who i look up to and talk to and work in the same room with?? i dont, know im all mixed up.

If he is not married then try to get to know him slowly. Find out his hobbies, what his does when he is off work. Once you get to know him better your feelings may change---and his may too. Good luck.
