Exercise!!! Seriously, you have to do some type of exercise that will get your heart rate going for at least 30 minutes a day. Then, eat healthy foods (salads, veggies, lean meat, etc) and dont eat after 7pm. Also, try drinking lots of water to flush out your system.
I recently lost 15 lbs and that was the way I did it. Good luck and get moving....!!!!

Keli had the best answer. Do not buy any product that says you will lose weight, in my experience they are all a scam, unless you weigh a lot. For only 10-15 pounds, the best way is lots of water and good excercise and good food. Good luck!
