You are only be a good partner when you worry about your boyfriend. Tell him that you cant help worrying, and at least go to the doctors for you to put your mind at rest. If he has a problem with his ear drums, it could be linked. But then again it may not. Best not to guess and get a doctor's expert advice.
There are a number of reasons why he could be suffering from so many headaches. The most common underlying factors which could be the cause of his headaches, as follows:
Is he eating regularly? He needs to drink plenty. Too little or too much sleep. Stress. Does he smoke? and is he smoking too much? Certain foods can trigger headaches such as: cheese, chocolate, marmite, chinese food and wine. Take the strongest painkillers that he can get, make sure that they can be dissolved in water, and put them in luke warm water as opposed to cold water.....they get through the blood stream faster that way.
He must not take too many tablets, if the first lot do not work, then it is pointless taking any more; he should lay down in a dark room and try to sleep or rest.
Moreover, please see if you can convince him to go to the doctor for advice, only the doctor will be able to get to the root of his problem and help him to work out the cause of his headaches. Just leaving it could make matters worse.

babe there could be a million and one reasons why hes gettin the headaches, the giddyness is probably his ears as the balance comes from your ears. The headaches could be muscle strain, stress, a head cold, eye strain, you can go through spells of headaches, just take the pain killers for now, if they prolong and he feels they are unusual go to the doctor who will ask for eye tests etc. hope this helps x

You need to take him to the hospital NOW!! There might be something seriously wrong... It could be just be the bad flu strain, or maybe he needs to see a chiropractor.
If you take him to the hospital, request a MRI/CT SCAN, which will detect any problems. I had severe headaches, but ignored them, and ended up having surgery, 2 years later. I'm 29 years now.
Best of Luck to you... Hope he feels better soon!! :)

my boyfriend kept getting bad heads and fainting at the drop of an hat. tell your boyfriend to see his doctor and ask for a cat scan, my bf went for one and to be honest they couldnt find anything, but they put him on a heart monitor for 24 hours to make sure his heart was pumping the blood round his system properly cos that could make him have the bad heads and anxiety attacks.
