Depends on what you want to say. Typically you add the ending "ando" or "iendo" -
trabajando - working
comiendo - eating
That's called a participial form, or "participle" for short - "gerundio" in Spanish. The verb is acting as an adjective or adverb. However, there is another similar form called the "gerund" in English where we also apply "ing" - where the verb is acting as a noun. "I don't want any talking here" for example. In those cases, typically you just use the infinitive of the verb as a masculine noun.
El ser - (the) being
El deber - the thing you ought to do
El hablar - talking

If it's an "-ar" verb, take off the "ar" and add "ando". If it's an "ir" or "er" verb, take off the "ir" or "er" and add "iendo". Example: "she is walking" becomes "ella esta caminando"; from the verb caminar. "she is running" would become, "ella esta corriendo"; from the verb correr. However, there are some irregulars. the verb "leer" becomes "leyendo". There are more irregulars but i cant think of them right now. hope this helps.

Put the conjugated form of estar before the verb, and add 'iando' for -ar or 'iendo' for -er and -ir verbs as the ending

The present participle or gerund ending in Spanish is -nd-. For example, amar (to love) becomes amando/a(s) (loving); salir/to leave is saliendo/leaving; creer/to believe is creyendo/believing.
