you could be calium defeicent, not having enough calcuim in your system can cause leg cramps. 500 mg added a day can decrease the cramps and the calcium can be baught OTC.

you could not b getting enough calcium, not enough fluids, or not enough vitamins.. i would go wit either not enough calcium or fluids. what i would do is to try and drink orange juice with calcium with breakfast and after schoool. it might help...
