How old are you? Get involved in some sports. If your young enough to join a team. My dad got into making up our family tree. That was time consuming and kept him interested.

If your life is dull and you want to make it more interesting, then I suggest you start giving away what you have. That can mean your time, your money, your self. Anything that you have too much of. If life is dull for you, then, do something extraordinary. I mean go out of your way to help people. In your community, you can help homeless people (donate food, clothing, money). Abroad, you assist or volunteer in a project of some kind. There are many volunteer services asking for people, like yourself, to give two weeks or four weeks of their time helping children in a poor country. Got time; got money, then visit the websites below and volunteer your services. I assure you your life will never be dull again.

Volunteer at a homeless shelter when you have extra time. Or cook meals at a soup kitchen for the homeless. Volunteer for the red cross or some other charitable organisation. With your good attitude. I'm sure you'll make a difference in someones life. Kudos to you for caring.

Also they sometimes need help at Meals On Wheels taking food to poor and homebound elderly people.

Work with disadvantaged children.

Volunteer at a childrens hospital.

Be a candy striper in a hospital.

If you like animals you can volunteer at an animal shelter.

Here is a web site that matches people with different volunteer organisations.

A project would be good; but it depends on what you like. If you want to embark on a long term thing, be careful. There's a chance you might get frustrated. That's why you should do a project that has to do with something you like. After you decide do research and play with the info you find for your project.

Get involved with people who are positive about life, volunteer work. I have worked with so many people in different walks of life. When I look at my life, I am so grateful that I have what I have and not what they have.

Go to the website below and you can pick out what you would like to do, have fun and work at the same time, you can't bear that!

Do something spontaneous and perform random acts of kindness. Volunteer at various charities, help at your community center, go out to a bar.

The local VA clinic accepts volunteers. If you don't want to volunteer, my mom used to make latch hook rugs and pillows. They are fun to do, they make great gifts too. If you are interested, the company my mom went through is called Shilcraft. (I may have misspelled it)
