Spirituality is usually a practice of some sort (it does not have to be religious in a normal sense) that brings the practitioner in some way closer to what he or she would consider Diety. Buddahism is a spiritual practice, as is Tao, types of meditation, even gardening. Spirituality for me means to be filled with the Spirit .. the Spirit of my God as i understand Him to be. The Spirit is loving and kind, compassionate and forgiving. By the way this is not the same God i was raised with as a kid. This is a new way of life here now for me. A Spiritual way of life.
