"Well I am busy all weekend. I work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I also am going to a party on Saturday night, but what about something in like 3 weeks."

Note: I have known this girl for 2 years now, but I really only talk to her about school related stuff. For example, helping her with math especially. I have never asked a girl out before (i'm 16, she's 16), I don't even know if she likes me. What do I do?

well she probably doesn't like you that way..I'm not trying to hurt your feelings, but if she really wanted to hook up with you she would have made time, even if it was a breakfast or lunch date..she would have tried to fit you in somewhere

She sounds less than interested. Ask a different girl out. A 16 year old isn't busy for 3 weeks straight...

The ball is in her court now. She knows the deal. If she wants to go out with you, she'll ask you. But I have to say, and I could be wrong, it doesn't seem very hopeful. Seems to me that if she really wanted to go out with you, she'd make the time this weekend or next weekend at the very latest. I think you should not particularly go out of your way to approach her until after she has approached you a couple times.

Maybe she's really busy...honestly. Or maybe she thinks that she needs to play hard to get. Teenagers are hard to know.

If she said ''but what about something in like 3 weeks." Then I would think she was being sincere. You could wait a week then ask her if she would rather ______________ or____________ the night you go out. (list two different things that she can pick from)

See what she says. If she's being sincere, she'll pick one. If she was blowing you off, she'll make up some excuse.

Girls seriously are busy. I am like that and my boyfriend s it cause i always have stuff planned. Just ask her out now for three weeks from now and see what she says. Then you will know if she just doesn't like you.

Plan something for 3 weeks and then bust a move. If it doesn't work out then just move on.
