well your body is going thru puberty, and all girls (and guys) go thru is a diferent time in their life. you may have more muscle on your body than the other girls. muscle weighs more than fat. don't be so concerned with how much you weigh, as if you are happy with your body and eating right. cutting out junk food does wonders. a friend of mine did that and lost like 8 pounds in 3 weeks. all it takes is 30 minutes of exercise. run to school, if possible. it's the little things that add up. take the long way to class, without being late. you do have time, it's just that you have to move some other things around. i hate waking up early to work out, so i do it after work. like around 9. i sleep better and feel better after i do it. hope this helps:)

14 years old and have no time.. wow.. that is deep. When I was 14 I thought I had all of the time in the world. As for the eating junk food, this has nothing to do with time. It just gets squeezed in the category right along with exercise.. and the many excuses not to do it. What you should do is either wake up a little bit earlier or work out before you go to bed. If you really want to lose weight or lead a healthier lifestyle, you have to make time for you!

Here is a really cool site that someone has introduced me to:

first, you need to stop eating the junk food...which I know is almost asking the impossible for a teenage girl.

No sodas, no fast food, no potato chips.

You need to reduce the amount of calories you are taking in each day. That is why you are gaining weight: you are consuming more calories than you are burning off.

If you don't want to excercise (i don't buy that you don't have enough time...if you were REAL serious about losing the weight in a healthy way, you would FIND the time) to burn off the excess calories, you'll need to reduce the number of calories you consume.

Well if you are over 5'5 Then you just need to lose 5-10lbs. How you do that is In The Morning you Do 15-30 Crunches & before you go 2 bed do them for 8-12 weeks EVERYDAY & you will have a tight stomach but not any abs...But It Works In Little Time!

You would need to give your height for this question in order to get accurate answers, but I doubt very much that you are anything close to being fat at 114.
