Well i get angry real quick, and then like 10 seconds later ill feel real bad, I eat once a day and thats only so people would stop bothering me about me not eating, Some days i can sleep for 12-14 hours and still feel tired, but then ill sleep for 6-8 hours and still feel like crap, I cant stand the people i work with and i feel like im always an inch away from jacking them all in the face, Its really hard for me to sleep i can stare at my ceiling for 3-4 hours straight without feeling tired, and thats after working a 14 hour day.

btw im also in Iraq, but i cant really say much about that except im not worried about combat.

Any help would be appreciated

Sorry to hear you are having such a tough time just now. I have suffered three bouts of depression and was hospitalised each time, what you describe doesn't sound like depression to me, in that it is very unlike my experience. I think you really need to talk to someone qualified about your feelings-you seem very angry and stressed and this is probably what is causing the fatigue. I hope things improve for you soon.

It sounds like you are burning out and really stressed! Clinical depression usually involved a time period of decreased interest in things, suicidal ideations, loss of appetite, loss of sleep and/or an increase in appettie and an increase in sleep. These type of characteritics usually have to be present for 2 weeks of more. You might want to see a doctor or a psychiatrist to help you out with this. They might want to put you on some meds. Take care!

Well, I don't know for certain but I'd definitely say that it is worth looking in to with a therapist. My therapist saved my life.

I would say go and see a doctor and see what they think is happening , and if you don't like their answer then go to another doctor. But please do go to a doctor and find out what is going on with your sleep, and being tired, and please do not get an eating disorder.......

If you're a soldier, then it's normal to feel that way in an strange enviroment.

If you're an Iraqi, blow yourself up.
