You need a decent job and OK credit.

If you have any kind of credit and you make at least $15 an hour (about $33,000 a year) and you've been working at your job for at least a year, you should have no problem getting a new car.

you have to buy it. I don't think it is any harder than a used one. It only costs more and loses value faster.
