Did you konw that muscles burns fat?Yes they do. They burn calories even when you are not working them out, even when you are sleeping. So you have to built some muscles, but not too much though, just enough to make them a little hard. Don't take Hydroxy-cut, and if you do don't follow the dirrections, it is for body builders, and you have to excercise like 8 hours a day, or more. do some cardio excercises like running, walking. If you want to be a model, or look like one, watch closer, professional ones look healthy, and have muscles. So what you need to do is wtach your diet. Eat regularly, every 4 to 5 hours, not a lot of grease, but well balanced, Vegtables proteines and cereals, and if you can, buy some yoga dvds.

Aerobics or cardio will burn fat all over your body. It's the only exercise I know of that gets rid of fat.
But, how about saying "I want to be healthy" instead of thin?
Eat foods that are good for you which also happen to be lo-calorie. Lots of veggies, fruit, some dairy, etc. Cut out the soda pop and sweets and replace them with a good lo-cal healthy substitute.
Try to get at leat 30 minutes per day of steady motion into your schedule. It can be running, walking, working out with a fitness video, marching in place or whatever, just as long as it gets you moving steadily.
Thinner isn't always better....healthy is a great goal! Good luck to you!!

I'm a nurse. And building of muscle is good it helps your body burn fat. I would avoid fatty foods like fast food, greasy type foods. I am a vegan, try it until you get to your desired weight, it worked for me. Also I dance to my favorite music on the radio to stay fit, it works too. Take care and take it one step at a time, you will do just fine.

if you arfe looking just to tone them.. then you should get some light weights from walmart or somewhere. if you dont want to spend money do pushups and lunges they will work. in order top build muscle you must first break down the existing tissue.

Exercise your brain by sitting down and reading a book. I don't mean to be insulting, but this kind of question scares me. We don't even know what your body type is. I'm begging you to seek help from your doctor.
