I run 5 days a week, play soccer, situps, pushups, and leg lights but nothing seems to work on my inner thighs.

if you go to a gym, try the hip machines. There are two that work the inner and the outer thighs. I absolutely love those. Look for the machine called hip adduction. However, I do recommend doing both the abduction (outer thigh) and adduction (inner thigh). When done together they create great definition in your legs.

Walking will definetly help.You may start off with 30 minutes then if you feel competitive you may go higher.
