I'm in the Army and my MOS is 31B (Military Police). Does any one know when the promotion points for E5 are going to drop lower than 796? Also, is anyone stationed in Germany? MPs Lead the Way-Assist, Protect, Defend.

My husband is an MP. Right now they are way overstrength for E5's You just have to check this month for the points... We just returned from being stationed in Germany

Just ignore Baghdad Pete... hopefully, you get a real MP here soon to answer, and not some wannabe.
I feel for you; it took forever for the cutting score for my MOS (5942, Radar Repairman) in the Corps to drop to a realistic point.

There is no way to determine what the Army is going to do with the promotion point system.

I was a 95 B (MP) and I am so glad I am that. I used to think MP's were the bomb, but they are a bunch of "crap" heads.
