Get enough sleep every night...sleep is the only time at which your body grows.
Eat a healthy diet with enough vitamins and minerals--especially iron! just read the labels on every package
Sports such as swimming and basketball will help you grow taller, while sports such as gymnastics will shrink your height.
Don't go on a diet while you're in puberty--it stunts your height, so eat healthy!!

I think proper nutrition through the foods you eat and vitamins, adequate exercise and enough sleep each night would help. The other thing is patience...I know it's hard to wait, but the changes will come! Some people blossom later than others.
