I'm on high school track and i really want my legs nice and strong for track season that is coming up what are someways to keep from having problems.

put flippers on your feet and go swimming, talk about a great leg workout! also hit the weightroom and do some sprints. that along with running and you will be good to go!

Stretch. My sitter is a PT assistant and i always ask her stuff like that and she is always stretching. If you don't feel it, then push yourself a little more until you feel it. Oh yea and dont push your self all in one day work at it over a period of time. Don't hurt yourself though. That wouldn't be good. Good Luck.

run up and down stairsand do that again and again!
if you dont have stairs then run up and down hills and stuff like that!!!
