I lost 85 lbs in only 3 months, and I ran for only about 40 min a day and did the regular excercises. Eat breakfast right as you get out of bed and it will raise your metabolism.

I have heard that green tea helps you lose weight. Also, if your feeling hungry and wanna beinge, gargle minty mouthwash and wait 5 minutes. This should reduce the urge to eat. I read this in Teen Vogue magazine and it is also mentioned in a book.
