Smintair will be running soon as the only commercial airline with smoking. They only have first and business class seats and will start service with only 3 airlines to start. I do not know where they will be flying to and when their first flight will be. No other airline allows smoking anywhere on the airplane.

Sorry but that's a no-no. Smoking has been banned for all commercial flights since the early 90's. Not to mention that smoking and 2nd hand smoke is extremely bad for your health and others. Stopping can be hard but not stopping is DEADLY.
