I drink Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Tea when coming home from work in the wee hours of the morning. It's caffeine-free, has a light menthol taste, and seems to relax me.

All this talk of it is making me thirsty. I'm going to make some now, then go to bed. :-)

Celesital Seasonings Sleepytime Tea. Great plain, or with milk and honey, or just milk or just honey... mmm. Also, chamomile and mint seem to be good, as well as any "sleepy tea" from any brand, generally.

I personally prefer fenugreek, sweetened with milk. Very relaxing. Or cinammon, too, is good, same way.
