I am so glad at least you know this. Many indigenous groups from Latin America flee because of both reasons. The leadership is full of corruption because the oligarchy only cares about lining their pockets with more money. If you go to Latin America, who do you see driving a taxi, pushing a "raspado" cart,or selling produce in the public markets? Either a black, mestizo,or Indian.I wish more people understood this.Education and unity is the only way people can change the situation in their own countries.
