The current course offerings (going back to a year or more) can be found here:

UCSD https://www-act.ucsd.edu/cgi-bin/tritonlink.pl/2/students/academic/classes/schedule_of_classes.pl

UCLA http://www.registrar.ucla.edu/schedule/

A list of all course offerings (some courses listed may not have actually been offered) can be found here:

UCSD http://www.ucsd.edu/catalog/front/courses.html

UCLA http://www.registrar.ucla.edu/catalog/catalog-curricul.htm

Generally you have to pick a department before you can see the courses offered by that particular department. There are probably thousands of courses available at each campus and you wouldn't want to look thru them one by one.
