How about a party with a lot of different activities....without the worry... give the kids sidewalk chalk and let them go crazy. Throw some crayons on the table and let them go.... even washable paints. If at all possible you could have it outside. You could buy the kids those little smocks that artist wear. and fill the pockets up with child art supplies for favors. Just make sure you do get the washable paints and have plenty of paper for the kids to draw on.

Have a "two's" theme maybe? She might be too little for McD's. What about at a grandparents/aunt's/relative's home for pot luck or just cake & punch/coffee? Are there any papers that advertise birthday parties? You could look in there. We have metroparent. Or have it in a back room at a restaurant or just in another section, that might work too, I've seen it done. Good luck.

What about Chucky Cheese although a little expensive or the less expensive Micky D's with a play place! Or maybe a local ambulance building you could rent out!

just balloon and cake and few small present for the kids. that it.. The party is when she is turning 1,5,10,13,16 or 18 and 21.. that when they should have party.. But a small party is alright.. She not really going to remember it.. only u can... mostly you be spending money on the cake and balloon and small present for kid.. (it like having party for friends and family and just getting gifts..)

keep a theme, eg disney and just decorate the house.. kids love cartoons, decorations, lights, etc.. have baby games, get mickey mouse hats, noses, and dress your daughter as minnie mouse... she'll look adorable... wont be expensive. quite honestly dont think mcdonalds is a good idea for 2 year olds...
have fun!
