Every now and then, I come accross a situation that I seem to remember happening once before even though it clearly never did. When this happens, usually, I feel a very strange feeling in my stomach/chest. The feeling is not a pain, nor is it a comfort, it is just a strange feeling. I also tend to feel slightly hotter and many have said my eyes get slightly bloodshot. This all ends within 2-3 minutes. Just wondering if anyone has ever felt this and if it's normal. Thanks.

If you're having any amnesia associated with these episodes of deja vu, then speak to a doctor regarding absence (petit mal) epilepsy.
Otherwise, you may just have some sort of mild anxiety.

from own experiance even as i have self assurance deja vu im depressed, it appears like im reliving a similar day as an celebration: (i am going to attempt my perfect to describe) on tuesday round 1am i listened to my ipod for 2 hours then the subsequent day i change into about to do a similar component yet i idea i already listened to it then i realised i performed it yesturday, it style of freaked me out I also experiance deja vu even as going to school contained in the morning

i think it hapend to me once in awhile i need to talk to my Doctor also but he is on vacation
