I'm 27 and newly single, but am very busy with grad school and don't have many opportunites to meet women my age through school or friends. So my question is, what are the best places to meet women in their twenties? I would try the bar scene, but am unsure whether I can meet a good, quality girl there who wants something real, not just a hook up. Any advice anyone?

Well if you are in college just look all around campus--Holy cow--no shortage of 'em walking around.

You sound like a very smart man. I would not go to a bar to find a lady. You can find a drunk, loose women, who needs to get tested, a women with baggage, or someone looking to have fun, bars and drama runs together. Nothing personal to you ladies that go, but lets get real the good ladies are so few at the bar scene. Maybe by luck.
Ask you friends over and have them bring a lady friend. Smart and one that respect her self.

Like someone already said Match.com is good however you can find some "different" people in there as well. I suggest a chat room like yahoo. You might have better luck an hour on there then in a bar. That's where I met my boyfriend and we have been dating for over a year and living together for 6 months.

Good quality girls are usually not at bars. Honestly I would try an online dating service like match.com or else try and meet someone at school.

You could meet a woman if class or in a store. She could be the waitress in the local diner or the girt sitting next to you. Keep your eyes wide open.

Big social events usually have a wide range
of people,to suit whatever look you are into.

Church - they have different age group that do activities together; you may meet someone there.
