120 grams divided by 5 meals = 24 grams per meal

that's about the equivalent to:

4 whole eggs
3/4 can of tuna
1 6oz burger
1 6 oz piece of fish
3 cups of whole milk

* there is nothing wrong with drinking protein shakes they are economic and healthier than a lot of food items and provide more bioavailable protein than any other protein source accept for a whole egg. dollar for dollar protein powders are the cheapest form of protein available...

Try meat. Broiled chicken meat, fish like tuna or Krab sticks. 120 grams is about 4 slices of average thickness lunchmeat, you could add some cheese and do two slices of swiss and two of chicken or turkey. It's not hard to get that amount, it's quite small.

What i do, is eat 2 or 3 servings of meat or fish per day (pref chicken breast,or steak) they usually contain 30+ grams per serving. the rest comes from whey protien shakes. you can also use protien bars.

Actually, you don't need to diet as such if you want to lose weight, the only diet which clearly worked for me was green tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a limited number of free trials left, it has been highlighted in Fox News and CNN. I shed 20 pounds, it clearly does work!

Read food labels and eat foods rich in protein such as lean red meat (steak, lean ground beef, eye-of-round, etc.), white meat (chicken & lean turkey), fish (tuna, salmon, halibut, tuna steak, etc.), eggs (whole and egg whites), and dairy products (from cheese to milk).

example: 2 whole eggs, 6oz chicken breast, 8oz lean ground beef, and 1 can of tuna (33-35g) = 120 g protein

meats, nuts, and combinations of beans and rice. be careful, though, if you want to build muscle, you'll have to use the protein, if not, the protein becomes an energy source for your body, and if not used, becomes fat. I think each gram of protein is 6 calories, but I could be wrong. Fish is another good place to get protein. egg yolk has alot of it, but, has alot of cholesterol, tool.

Eggs must be a big factor! Chicken, pork and lean beef. Sub in some tofu now and then to avoid clogging the heart up.
Watch your calorie intake, taking in more than 3,000 will just make you fat..

eat protein containing foods at every meal and for snacks for example 8 oz of salmon at dinner (roughly 46 grams of protein) 8 oz of chicken at lunch (roughly 40 grams of protein) and 8 oz of turkey at breakfast (roughly 40 grams of protein)

Can you eat that much?? I can.

Avocados have the most protein than any other vegetable... and apparently meat has protein as well... I'm a vegetarian though, so I don't know much about meat or fish or anything of that nature.
