Tea. No sugar or unpronounceable words for chemicals.
Plus despite the caffeine, tea has beneficial anti-oxidants. Green tea is actually now a "health food" along with herbal teas, and no one speaks too badly about black tea either--- just be careful of not staining your teeth. (coke, on the other hand, rots your teeth)

If you're goind solely off of taste, I would say Coke no matter what.
But considering you are asking what is BETTER for you, the answer is Tea, as long as it is the right kind.
1) Tea is the most commonly consumed beverage in the world after water.-- Funny, considering it is basically FLAVORED WATER. Anyways...
2) All teas contain anitoxidents which may help protect our body from free radical damage-- free radicals are known to be the cause of numerous cancers and other serious problems.
3) Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79%, and one is 50% less likely to develop bladder cancer. WATER is in TEA, and COKE can DEHYDRATE you due to the carbonation.
4) According to the American Dietetic Association, a cup of tea contains an average of 40mg of caffeine, compared to 85mg as found in a cup of freshly brewed coffee. Caffeine has been proven to be good for you, but ONLY IN MODERATION.
5) Coke has about 34mg caffeine-- but it also has high amounts of sugar which when burnt off can cause "sugar crashes"- refering to alternately high then low amounts of sugar in your blood that promote tiredness and grumpyness.
Interesting fact about Coke: In many states (in the USA) the highway patrol carries two gallons of coke in the truck to remove blood from the highway after a car accident. (Unproven, however, it is reasonable to assume that it's true since phosphoric acid can dissolve rust and grease and was used by the steel industry to clean products.)

Depends, neither one is suddenly going to cure your ills.
But Green Tea has been shown to have some health benefits. Of course if you're putting lots of sugar into it, that would negate most of those benefits. So basically it matters what you are adding to it.
As far as Coke goes, if you are drinking regular than obviously you're getting the calories, etc... but if you're drinking Diet Coke than that would be better than regular.
Really just common sense, isn't it?

Coke has sugar and caffeine. Rots teeth if you drink more than 1 can a day, no matter how many times you brush your teeth.

Tea is better for you. If you don't add sugar. Coke is loaded with sugar. Plus carbonated water isn't always good for you.
