Awwww, that is so sweet! What a great hubby!!

Get all dressed up and take her on a special date, buy her a mothers ring or necklace with her and the babys birthstones, get her a massage that is designed especially for pregnant women (research this one a little to find out who does that in your area), take her for a complete day of pampering at a spa........

Good luck and congrats on the new little one!!!

Clean the house, do the laundry...things she will be worried about getting done before the baby comes. While she's in the hospital, clean some more, change the sheets on your bed and buy plenty of groceries (plan a few meals so you know what to buy) and even cook something so dinner will be taken care of the day you come home (use a crockpot or make something the night before that can be reheated). I had 2 c-sections and would have loved it if my husband had done these things.

ignore the person above. she will not be aloud to eat before the c-section. You should schedule a portrait setting at a studio for before the baby is here. to get some last minute pictures of you and her before the baby. those are always breathtaking!!! look in the phone book. give her a nice massage the morning of to help her relax and DO NOT forget to tell her how much you love her! good luck and congrats!!!!!!!!

Relaxation. take her to a spa and let them give her a foot massage or a back massage she will appreciate it alot. if you cannot get her to the spa or dont want to give her a romantic and relaxing night from you.cook her a nice dinner with candles, give her a foot massage and a body massage or something, run her a bath. just some suggestions. she will love it

Buy her things that she can use to pamper herself with (bubble bath, powder, lotions) if you can afford it send her to a full day spa - this will include lunch. Maybe a nice dinner out to the restaurant of her choice. And of course anything that will make her comfortable in bed for a few days.

The spa and pampering and massages are all great ideas, something to make her feel pretty, but maybe something that will last. Is she due to get her hair done? Has she been talking about redecorating your bedroom, like new sheets, comforter, etc?

Not just dinner, but flowers, her favorite perfume, dancing. If she can't get on her feet, then Chair dance with her. Give her a sensuous bath with sparkling cider and fresh fruit. Rub her feet, and stomach. Sometimes it's not about what you spend, but the little things that count. Hope this helps :)

Massage, manicure and pedicure.

Just a full day at a nice day spa. Look up rates online. Usually a nice lunch is included.

Take her on a date! Have one more last date before the baby...and DO NOT talk about the baby. It's just about you and her. Or, book her a spa treatment...or pedicure/mani.
