I'm a ford guy.
But i don't play a big part of that.
Tacoma? vs a sierra?
v6?
v8?
huh?
small sized truck.
top brand full sized truck?
better brand then Chevy actually.
2007?
the 2005 is better then the Tacoma really...
are you asking if the sierra is the truck to buy?
I'd say so yes.
however if it meets your qualifications, then you should.
other then that. neighbors will envy it.

based from consumer reports, i would either keep the tacoma or find something else to trade in for that would be of better value than a sierra

It just depends if your always towing but if not stick with the v6 saves gas and price will not depreciate by 10,000 in a year.
