no you are just right with the BMI i think, i would personally say you could probably do well to gain 5-10 lbs safely, and excercise is never a bad idea in general

I am the same height and almost the same weight. I am about 130. You most likely feel the same way I do. You aren't skinny but your are not fat. Right in the middle. Just think of having curves in all the right places!!!

i heard from someone that you "ideal" weight should be 100lbs for every 5ft and 10lbs for every inch. now, if you're into sports were you gain muscle, or your family history says that you're gonna be on the husky side, then that's ok. like w/ me, both my parents have big strong theighs, so that's what i got. plus im into sports. im 5'7 and about...145 or so...

heck no...your BMI is only 20.657... (your weight devided by your height squared, all times 703)... im a track runner and mine is 19.004, not much lower than yours
at 25 you are technically considered "overweight"...youre doing just fine
