You have warped rotors. This can be caused by tightening the lug nuts too much. The place that changed your tires should replace the rotors for you because they did the damage. Have had this happen to me and they installed a new set of rotors. ~

I agree with the first person..rotors.. really a pain..found this out when driving a 2000 toyota tundra..they made the wrong size brakes for this truck and sent notices for a certain time that they would fix it...I found out the hard way after the notices now I can fork over 1500 dollars to fix the problem or just keep replacing the rotors every 40000 miles.. bummer..but it happens.. check and see if there are any issues on yours and if so call the dealership, but its like the guy said think the rotors are warped..

Warped rotors. Take it to a garage and have them machined if possible, but if they are going to too close to the Discard Minimum then they will also need to be replaced, depending on how bad the pulsation the pad and calipers may need to be changed too. Shock from teh vibration can ruin the seals in the calipers causing them to leak, and with bad pulsations can casue the pads to lose shape, so when new rotors are installed with old pads, you will have a bad cirful concact and will have a mushy brake pedel feel.

You may have warped rotors . If you steering wheel shakes at the same time your pedal bounces. But you could also have a bad proportion valve.

I AGREE WITH THE 50,000 OTHER PEOPLE WHO SAID YOUR ROTORS ARE WARPED.. im not gonna lie.. i dont know wtf rotors are... but im guessing that if 25 people in a row said that your rotors are warped.. im guessing the rotors in your car are warped... i think we can hold off on the saying the same thing as the last 10 people before you have said and close this question by giving me the best answer award. KTHANKS. <3

sounds like your brake rotors are warped if it happens under all types of braking. if it only happens under hard braking it could be the anti lock system.
