If I work in fast food, should I call in sick if I have a moderately bad common cold?

I'd appreciate it. So yes. Call in. You'd be saving us from getting your germs, and rest will help you along better/faster, as well

Yes you should call in sick being that your working with food for the public. Anyone should call in sick if your around others that way you don't spread it around.

Please do! I'm sure I'm not the only one who doesn't want someone handling my food that could possibly be contagious! Stay home until you are over this. If you work in the food preparation or restaurant business, this is the one job you should stay home when you have any type of sickness - at all! People don't want to catch your germs! So, stay home - PLEASE!!

yes!!! you could spread on your sickness to the food that someone will eat!! they could get sick too!! call in sick(for your customers sake).
