Check out the Vizio brand available at Sams Club or Costco. Best value you can find, period.
I have read there may be some issues with some problems, but you should always buy the extended warranty anyway, so dont sweat it. They'll replace it if you have problems. Good luck

Check Amazon. They have some fairly decent prices and compared to my local electronic stores, they are usually about $250 less or more - no taxes if that applies to you and also free shipping.
Samsung has some very nice units. I saw the 63" unit for Samsung at about $5080.

Costco sells the new Vizio 60" Plasma...and it will be discounted via coupon in the next few weeks...
