i am thinking in taking creatine to help me gain some muscles, i was wondering what r the consequences of drinking alcohol while i am taking creatine, all commentaries will be helpful, so feel free to type anything. thx evryone

the is no adverse effect from taking both simultaneously. creatine enhances cellular hydration while drinking causes the opposite effect.

Creatine is very hard on the kidneys and liver. If you take it AND alcohol you will be harming your liver X2. Do not do this if you value your health.
