It's Pepito by Goya, but I can't seem to find any detailed info on this painting. Help? Please?

Maybe you can get some info at "El Prado" Museum, or searching "Pepito" + "Goya" in Web, also you can try to contact some expert in Goya´s paintings or spanish art, who can recommend you sites or books.

You have probably all the information that can be gained. Often you cannot get information specifically on the painting, only the painter. The link you listed at least gives you something.
