I've been using Mari Winsor's pilates for about 3 yrs now and just recently started doing her bun and thigh workout and it truly works! Her signature moves have my butt and thighs-even the inner thighs burning!! I love pilates because they work. I've seen results and you don't have to use weight or any other equipment(unless you have the circle series-Ido-but the circle comes with the dvds). You can't rent these dvds and I don't think they are sold in stores. The website is www.winsorpilates.com. Click on learn more about and then click on products. Try it-you'll love it. You can order just the bun and thigh workout. I haven't found any other pilates I like as well as Mari Winsor's.

Plie' squats(ballet squats) are GREAT for the inner thigh area. No kidding. The slower you go, the more they work the area.
