The Bible doesn't use the word Trinity, but the concept is very much there, beginning at Creation and continuing through the point where Jesus says, "I and my Father are one," then later promises to send a helper (the Holy Spirit).

The trinity is best defined in the book of John. Read the first chaper, and that shows what the trinity is. The word "trinity" is a word used to describe a concept that is explained in the Bible, rather than having to recapitulate the entire concept each time we wish to use it.
