how come when that girl teacher had sex with her student the student didnt get in trouble?

If you dont know why im talking about, its bout the young/model she's really pretty teacher(im not lezbo) it was all over the news. she went to jail but the kid didnt get into anytrouble, i mean he agreed to have sex with her, it takes two to tangle. plus he probably had a choice. Like lets say my teacher is gerard way, and he wud wana do it, i mean..i wud he's effin s e x y. and some1 saw and reported us, and hes the only one that got in trouble but i wanted to do it so its not rape or anything. y is that?

Children aren't considered legally responsible until they turn 18...if it had been a male teacher and a female student it would have resulted in the same thing. A student may say yes, may even initiate sex, but legally, it's the same as someone drunk or high doing so - they can't give consent no matter what they do.

Moral of the story: wait until you're of legal age. And DON'T have a sexual relationship with someone in power over you!

The student is at an age where they are unable to give legal and emotional consent. The teacher is a paedophile and he is her victim. We do not blame victims.

You're right, it's really stupid, and makes you wonder why someone has to go to jail for having consensual sex with someone who found them attractive.

You know that you're mature enough to make up your own mind about who you have sex with, although you're young - I'm sure that male student was as well.
